Honestly, what they need to do is cut the dead weight off the roster, and go to a better format for live events. Make the show a 4 hour super show, and air the matches weekly, so that way people are only wrestling for TV twice a month. The rest of that time can be used to improve skills on younger talent and rest up for big TV matches, similar to how TNA does their Impact tapings. The other thing WWE needs to do is showcase the cruiserweight division better. They have some really excellent guys (London, Kendrick, Jeff Hardy, Helms) that if they were allowed to perform to where they could, the show would be untouchable. They need to drop stupid storylines, and they need less time to talk, and more matches. In one hour of Impact you can watch 5 matches, while on the 3 hour Monday night Raw I saw 7 matches, which is as many as they put on a PPV. Other than the Battle Royal, no match went beyond 25 minutes. Bottom line? Less talk, smarter scheduling, and higher quality matches will lead to improved storylines and a better product. Case closed.

They have been beating RAW in the ratings recently. The last pay per view had some pretty awsome matches. Maybe just improve the writing and use the talent they already have.
Get vito back into some tights instead of that dress for sure.

Maybe move it to a bigger network though they may instruct WWE to tame down the violence and sex for that time slot. I think more importantly-SHOW IT LIVE! That 3 day gap in between the SD taping and the broadcast opens the door for lots of cheating on results. WWE.com shouldn't post SD results till Fri. 10 PM PST anyway

They should have another one of those draft lotteries. That would be cool. That way they could divide their wrestlers and put half the good ones on Raw and the other half on Smackdown. That would really help get Smackdown ratings go up.

Personally I would take a lot of the people they have now off (I don't care what happens to them but they truly suck). Second I would try to get a lot of the hard hitters such as HHH, HBK, Randy Orton, Edge, you know the main event show stoppers back on. Also it would be awesome if the could get Stephanie to run it again b/c she was way cooler than Teddy is...although this may never come true a girl can dream, right?

I agree,it needs something to make it inter sting.Compared to RAW it is boring. They need some of the Raw wrestlers to move over to have big names.Batista and King Booker are both boring.

Get some wrestlers that are not needed on RAW.If ECW is canceled, then it will be nice to see CM Punk or RVD or The Sandman on smackdown, dont you think?

I think they need a team of big men, sort of a modern day 4 horsemen, but composed solely of guys that are 6'10" and larger. Get The Undertaker, Sid Vicious, The Big Show, and Kevin Nash. Make them have the same ethics as Stone Cold... neither good guys nor bad. Let them tear up the ranks for awhile.
