Vlad the impaler should really be up there with the big 20th century despots (Hitler,Stalin, Mao). Some of the sh/it he pulled just leaves you gobsmacked.

People can act evil, but I know of no person that would fit the definition of evil.
This may be hard to understand, but although people have the ability to do evil acts they are not themselves the evil they commit. Evil is an action. People can commit evil acts. Fact.
However, to try to define a person as evil is a big stretch. For someone to be "true" evil, they would never be accepted by common society - ever their own Mother!

I'll bet you're going to get Hitler alot lol. I'd say my son's dad's side of the family, everyone on that side (excluding his grandma and father himself) but.........whats evil to one person might not be to another. Only God knows the true meaning of evil anyway. In reality, Hitler could of been just sick in the mind, had a mental illness (which is what I think) so... how can we call someone who in reality has a problem evil?

I think that that new guy.. ABAMA(from Ilinois) is evil and you can put this in your time casule.. He will prove to be just that.... Look at his eyes.. He is evil.. I used to think that only Hillary Clinton was the most evil but now it is that Abama guy... I am literally scared of him.
