you are six four and with that kind of weight you should play DE and try to become the next Julius Peppers or Jevon Kearse but if you would rather use your weight go out for defensive tackle but you need to build alot of muscle to play those positions you can do it

you may have a shot to play Tigh End you could maybe play Defensive End or Nose Guard if you want if you've been trained in the interior linemen positioning then that is where you most likely will play but if you can catch good you could try out for Tightend because you got good TE speed and you're built big which TE's are
trust me i know how you feel I'm 12, 5'7, 130 and I run a 4.7 40 and all i played in little league football is defensive end and offensive tackle

Yea nose guard or either tackle on offense. If you are a more than good football player and you keep the size you are at right now you will be college bound do not get bigger. A 5.1 forty you might also want to try fullback or linebacker. One of those four you would be good at with your size. I'm a starter both ways on varsity right now. Just keep getting better and one of those positions will be the one

You're too slow to be anything other than a lineman. As in, offensive lineman. But you get really good at being an offensive lineman and you'll make a mint in the NFL.

You are 14, 6'4", 250# and well built. When you are 21 you should be around 7', 400# and well built. They should probably invent a new position for you, maybe "unmovable object" or "irresistable force". Anyway, congratulations on being you

Well since you only weigh 140, I'd say PG but if you gained 30ish pounds then I'd say a SF or PF but it really depends on the height and abilities of the rest of your team. Before your high school seasons you should try to gain some weight.

14 years old.....your still going to grow. But with your size and height and speed now I would say TE, FB, LB, DE or C. If you gain any more weight then I would probably move to DT, OG, or OT. As you see, the options are vast. Play where you are comfortable and can do the most for the team.

Tight End. If you Work on getting Faster and in really good shape you could be a Strong Saftey or a Wide Reciever if you can catch really well
Good luck finding your position.
