TV butchers movies, gave it up longgg time ago, thank god.
Now I buy DVDs and Netflix is so way better > better selection, whole movie, no commercials and watch when you want .
I so do NOT miss the TV .

Christmas Do-Over, its on ABCFamily channel. Its about this guy whose kid wishes that it could be Christmas Day every day, so the dad keeps reliving the whole day over & over again, till something goes right (not saying what) and time goes back to normal.

I saw Elf with that guy from Rick Bobby and James Caan on Sunday with my grandkids. It was on CBS or NBC. I confuse the two.
