Uh, no.
In fact, much of the movie's plot is pretty poor. People of different classes would not have mingled in such a fashion as shown, and the actions of Rose such as smoking and "flipping the bird" would have been downright scandalous in those days.
The sinking is well rendered, but the main class issues in the plot are not.

In the fictionalized movie, yes, she was a first class passenger. But she never existed.
