Yes it is, and you should go to the Principal or a teacher or a school counselor. This young man needs to be taught a lesson before it is to late. He obviously has no self respect, no respect for females and is over stepping his boundaries. And certainly you or the other females should not be encouraging his behavior. Good luck and God bless****

YES it's sexual harrassment. You tell on him and do it NOW. It's so sad that this happens and the worst part is that teachers sometimes won't do anything about it. I have a female friend and she was wearing lowrider pants and the thong was showing a little. Big wow. Anyway this dude went up to her and tugged on her thong so hard it ripped. She told on him and the principal told her that if she didn't want unwelcome advances then she shouldn't wear thong underwear! I couldn't believe it! And some people actually agree with that "logic". The word logic is in quotes there because it's NOT logic. That's the same as a woman welcoming a rapist just because she's dressed sexy. They're saying the guy had no self control or something? That's an insult to the male gender now! Okay, sorry for the rant, but guys like that piss me off. Report him and if they don't do anything about it, file a police report. Some people don't know this, but sexual harrassment is 100% ILLEGAL.

Why do you put up with it. This is just not on and he shouldn't be allowed to get away with it! Talk to a teacher or the principal and tell them what happened. He may be part of your "clique" but that doesn't give him the right to grope you. It is sexual harassment and he will get into trouble for it so report him straight away.

Wow.... Yeah that's sexual harrassment. If I got in trouble for calling a girl a *****, in the sixth grade, than that's definaetly sexual harrassment. She deserved it though... I don't think physically touching someone else is right at all.

yes, it is harassment! You should report him. And if he ever touches you again, see his knee, see your foot, see your foot solidly on the ground behind his knee, and then do it!! Take some self defense classes or something!! Every year for my birthday, one of my very talented friends teaches me a new trick to wipe some ones a$$ out if need be! And I am grateful! Not only do I know that anyone touches me improperly or uninvited I can defend myself and then call the police so they can be properly prosecuted, I am more confident!
Throw him down, and not in the way he would be happy with!

Lets see now. The guy fell on her which would mean she was laying down or he knocked her down.
Dragonfly says; If you don't like what he is doing THEN it is harassment.
So, if she did like it, it would not be sexual harassment?
I am not by no means condoning rape or harassment. But, which is it?
This was done at school on school property so how could it not be harassment?
Come on ladies YOU CANNOT HAVE IT BOTH WAYS.
If it was harassment (which from what I am seeing is a lot more than harassment) it should be reported fore-sure.

Call the cops on this creep. He needs it. He needs to get help because this type of behavior will escalate and who knows what will happen to some poor girl. It's best if you have witnesses so it isn't your word against his. I would report it to the cops first and also to the school principal and demand that they do something about this immediately. Call the cops!

any time a man touches a woman (like real offensive touching displaying even the hint of wrong intent) it is sexual harrassment and you know that he is perverted so it made you uncomfortable in that situation
therefore you must report him. never let a man get away with anything like that..next time he will know not to touch a woman without her permission.

OMG! If you didn't invite or permit him to touch you then heck yes it's harrassment! No touchie. I would talk to a teacher or guidance counsellor about this one... just imagine if this guy keeps doing crap like this, who knows what he'll be like one day. You'll be doing both of you a huge favor by not letting this go by without addressing it.
