The main key to growing older gracefully is to be comfortable with your age. Women at 40 or older should tone it down a little, compared to their glitzy look in their 20's and 30's. Nothing is more attractive than any woman that has style, grace, class and knowing where her limits lie. There is nothing uglier or appears more frustrated to me than an older lady trying to look 20 years younger than she really is. She is fooling no one but herself. Same goes for men with the 10 hair comb-over.

if they are saggy baggy ladies then no... its kinda gross, but if they are fit and look after themselves then yer thats alrite
