I have had this same dream like 3xs. That I am pregnant & when I look down at my pregnant stomach I can see the baby kick. Than i touch my stomach & can feel the foot.
(I had my tubes tied so I cant have no more kids)

From what i know it means that you really wish that you could have another child and that other child really wants you as his/her mommy.

Seeing baby kick = regret, helpless conscience.
Dreaming of pregnancy often mean a desire and responsibilities. However, in your case, you had your tubes tied. It could mean some sort of guilt conscience in you. Since you are seeing the baby kick, that symbolizes something that you feel helpless (The baby can't come out). Deep down, you can feel the whole body or the foot of the baby. That signifies some regret in your life.
