she never wants to get out of her cage and poops on me all the time! am i doing something wrong?! hellpp!

Well,
If you mean you got it like 1 or 2 hours ago that means its not use to the changes! Remember that if you moved to a new house you never been to before you wont just stand there! Youll wanna see the changes! Heres a list of what you need to do to get your rat to like you:
1. Dont move it around that much! Just let it adapt to the home before doing anything.
2. Remeber you 100 times bigger than the rat. Just let it out the cage and put it on a towel. Slowly pet it and just love it!
3. Take your time! Maybe in 3-5 days it will be more calmer. Once it start to like you take it outside in your backyard!

How long have you had her? Give her time to adjust to her new surroundings. It may take a few days or weeks but eventually she will get out and start to play with you.

it is normal for first few days in its new home, should come around soon
