Work hard, be kind, have patience with one another and respect.
Symbolically with my everyday studies, I go to my pulses and energies to the fullest I am capable of.
The throat pronounces the word, the heart remembers it and the mind understands...... it says it all for me, that's my philosophy and I live it, breathe it, taste it... 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
