Anyone know any html formats or can you help me with my myspce?

How do you do backgrounds and such on it? It says to enter html formats anywhere in my text but what are those? How do i do the backgrounds and sounds and stuff...can someone help me?

I meant myspace..I type too fast sometimes

do a search on yahoo for 'myspace layouts' you will get many sites. copy the html for a particular design and paste it in one of your text boxes where you edit your profile.
