Things I have done:
Told him to shut up.
Told him to shut the **** up.
Told him to get away from me.
Told him to not touch me.
Told him that he was immature.
Told him I didn't like him.
Told him I didn't think he's funny.
Told him that he's rude.
Called him a dumbass.
Told him to wipe that stupid smile off his face.
What he often does:
Smiles like an idiot.
Calls me from three seats away.
Throws things at me.
Calls me "babe" and tells me he wants me. (Who does he think he is? Petruchio? I'M NOT A SHREW. :c )
Whistles at the teacher to get her attention.
Yells "ballleeerrr" over and over again. And then laughs like a dumbass.
Called me stupid because I finally got him angry. Then the next day talks to me again.
No, I'm really bothered enough that it gets me angry. Mostly, I say everything with indifference, so no comments about "oh well maybe if you didn't react so much, he wouldn't bother you." Because now, I totally ignore him, but everytime I laugh, he thinks

I'm laughing at him because he thinks he's funny. I've thought about reporting harassment, but I don't want to make a big deal out of it, because he's not that threatening. He's just annoying. I've asked people to tell him to leave me alone. He doesn't. I've asked him to leave me alone. He doesn't. Now that I ignore him, he still tries to talk to me. I've moved seats so I don't have to sit near him anymore, because our class doesn't have a seating chart.
What I want is something to say that will really make him realize how obnoxious he's being. Maybe he'll just mature because of what I say, and we can all pat ourselves on the back. Yay.

You may not agree, but I think the best way to squelch an annoying person is by ignoring him completely. Eventually, he'll see that his obnoxious behavior isn't getting him anywhere and he'll get tired of it, or turn his attention elsewhere. It may take longer than you want it to, but I predict he'll give up. So just keep ignoring him and going out of your way to avoid him. The problem is that originally you were telling him to leave you alone, and all those other things. That just encouraged his taunting. So now you have to re-educate the clod that you really mean business this time. When he doesn't get any reaction from you, he'll get bored with it all and stop. Trust me! Good luck.

First off, be really glad you have vacation right now - a few weeks break from captain dumbass.
Second, hope beyonf hope that you do not have him in class next semester.
Guys like this just won't stop, sometimes not even when a bigger tougher guy makes it clear they should stop. I'd love to tell you that he'll grow out of it, but maybe he won't.
Don't answer your phone in class anymore. Speak tot he teacher when he's throwing stuff, though likely that won't do a thing - obviously he's a pain in her butt too.
Wish I remembered how I dealt with them in high school, besides when my boyfriend got pissed off finally and told him to leave me alone or else. Never came to the "or else"
But, I'd met that type of guy before, when I didn't have a boyfriend - and one went even further - he'd call me and tell me he was going to killhimself. I finally stopped answering, my mom got curious and involved, and she talked to his dad. And then I went off to college and never had to hear from him ever again! LOL!

If you're in high school, complain to the principal or dean that you are being harassed. If that doesn't work, file a restraining order against him with the local police/sheriff's office.

You mentioned a teacher. Involve him/her in this.

if that doesn't work say that you think that him are annoying and immature that he schould grow up and be a man don't be chasing after you go tell him to get a girlfriend. if he is that annoying tell him BACK OFF!!! learn karate and beat his ***. if that doesn' work then you got a real problem.

Most people will probably say"ignore him" and BS like that but it's not as easy as it sounds is it? I know. Well my advice is act gay towards him that way you can make him feel uncomfortable. Anyway just a thought. :)

omg! i have the same problom! this stupid kid just thinks hes so frikkin cool when hes a dumbass.
well if hes touching you in a way you dont want him to its sexual harasment. and you can do something about this. tell a counsler and they might help.
