Not to throw stones at Christians, but it is a forced religion the entire western world for the last 1200 years.

Blacks for 400 years were enslaved in this country in the name of religion (christianity). Look what Cortez done to Mexico in the name of christianity. It is hard to sell this infomation to blacks because we have been conditoned to believe that christian is the only way. I am not say Islam, Judaism or Buddaism is either.

After the Crudsade for Christ in the 800 century A.D. the main punishment to any black that resisted christianity was death.

Have you noticed that God justifies everything our government does. Need money for more taxes, talk about kids or religion. Even the truth about thanksgiving and christmas is all a religious lie.

To answer your question, religion in this country is oppressive and brainwashing, but to all and white people are it greatest victims.

What is oppressive to blacks are the people like Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton who spout their hate of white people. The so called religious right are the ones who preach self reliance and equality. I think you better talk to some more people.

There is no right to religion.

But a freedom FROM religion.

The Constitution says nothing about a religious right.

It just says you don't have to be a certain religion.
