I'm for serious, guys. The last lines in the song go:
"He led them down the streets of town,
right to the traffic cop . . .
and only paused a moment,
when he heard him holler, 'Stop!'"
and then Frosty says goodbye. So did Frosty get hit by a car or did he just melt? The whole not stopping for the traffic cop thing leads me to believe that something else happened to him, if not- what is the whole point of the last three lines?

You just twisted the whole tale of Frosty. I love that cartoon and the song. He melted, but he promised he would be back again someday.

if he hurried on his way he evidently didn't get hit by a car. he hurried off saying he'd be back again.
