Has anyone used an ING mortgage?

Any Reviews on the INGdirect mortgages?

I have done a couple of mortgages through them for clients. They have fairly good pricing but they are on the slow side in processing the loan. They INCLUDE a 45 day rate lock at no charge... most lenders are 30 days at no charge.

So far they look ok.
