No, not for us to snuff out, they are part of a food chain. If it weren't for cockroaches and other small ugly nasty bugs, larger bugs and animals wouldn't have anything to eat. They contain a lot of protein for birds and other small animals to eat. I know we hate them, but they do have their purpose. God has to feed his birds, bats, etc.

Roaches are actually very good eating (kind of 'nutty', really!), but the reason they are there is to fill an ecological and evolutionary 'niche'. If there were no cockroaches, some other critter would have evolved to fill the role they do as scavengers and recyclers of detritus.

And they'll be here LONG after we've "snuffed" ourselves out, rest assured!

They were created to rid the world of waste. i understand it completely but i dont see why other people dont. think if we didnt have any pests, who would eat all the rotten food and other garbage? it would just stay there and make a whole big mess of the earth.

anyway i hope you see my point of view

God made everything for a reason. Maybe to test our patience.
