Yes if you use boolProp testingCheatsEnabled true. Thats the only way to do it. But be careful with this cheat!

Go to thesims2.com they have books that people make under stories type skills or cheats and it will show you what the cheat dose and how to do stuff with it.

Ness is right but boolprop is a cheat that can destroy your game. I recommend getting the insimenator or another hack like that. You can find them on modthesims2 or on the insimenator.
