Most fashion shops should sell leggings..try your local town and check the high street shops out, your sure to find a cheap pair too

If your're talking about the tights that you wear under a long shirt dress with ballerina slippers, then you'd find them anywhere. NY&Company sells them, Marshalls sells them, Bebe. I was just at those stores today actually and they all had leggings/tights. Hope this helps

leggings can be bought anywhere girl!! from target to neiman marcus! you can spend a lot for name brands to inexpensive ones from mass chain stores , a little secret ,if you are looking for plain solid colors like grey or black try the work out clothing section of a store they are the samething and will probably cost less!

they are everywhere at the moment topshop miss selfridge new look dorethy perkins! Every shop i go in has them on sale, i think topshop are good. I bought some off ebay there fab!

well, defintily first look in the mall..do u have a nordstroms? if so, they are there! if no luck what my friends do (i dont b/c i actualy HAVE leggings) is cut their tights up to wtvr length you want. which smees more user friendly!! hope this helped you!!
