You could try gargling salt water. But if you've completely lost your voice I'm not sure you'll get it back fast enough. You may need to let the people you're performing with know you have a problem so they can make arrangements.

I am a physician assistant and have encountered thismany tme before with my patients as well. You need to be placed immeditaely on a oral steriod such as prednisone which will have no long term affects but will enable you to attend your concert, believe me its work for my patients in the past and will work for you

you can just try gargling salt water in your throat or try drinking something really warm and soothing to help your throat. it should be better hopefully!

u can try hot tea w/ lemon and honey! it helps sooth the throat
