How do you add music to a Sungale MP3-708 player?

Question

Will it only let you add music with memory card? The disk that came with it doesn't seem to add the hardware to my computer. It has a usb on it that I plugged into the port and all it says is "usb >>> pc"

You can find it on windows media player but i get it on ares well u decide. :)
