The caveman Geiko commercials always catch my attention and make me smile. I have decided that they are the best commercials ever. Do you think so? I asked a similar question a few weeks ago but am sure not everyone saw it.

They are a very clever gimmick,but I doubt that their sales have increased on a large scale.However T.V. time is not cheap,so they must be doing something right.They couldn't have found a better person to play the caveman.His facial expressions and comic timing are dead on.

I used to have a picture of a hawk with the Geiko gecko in his mouth, with the caption saying "now... about that duck"
(or something like that.)

I think they're really clever. I think they poke fun at racism in a good way--the cavemen is supposed to look overly-sensitive, but he's surrounded by people who consistently put him down. The caveman is pouty, sure, but the Anti-Caveites are even more rediculous. Almost like reverse psychology.

Yes definitely... I especially like the one in the Airport where he walks by the sign. His facial expression is priceless.
I also like the newest one, where he and some lady are being interviewed on a news station....
I'm not buying Geico insurance, but the commercials definitely stick in your head....Pure genius marketing strategy.

I love these commercials! The gecko commercials were annoying.

I enjoy them also. I think they are absolutely hiliarious and the best series of commericals.
