11/12 year old rock chick who also wears goth type clothing? I am on a VERRRY tight budget!!

Since you're on a tight budget, I would suggest getting some rubber bracelets. They're a hit among most rock chicks and goths. Hot Topic sells them at around $3. They also sell Gift Cards there, the cheapest would be the $10 Gift Card. Or if you know her favorite band, you could get her some patches or stickers all for less than $5. Another idea is you could give her some temporary hair color.

If your budget is:
under $40:a hoodie from hot topic of a band you know she likes
under $30:two band tees from Hot topic[they are all buy one get one half off]
Under $20:a hot topic/FYE gift card
Under $15:A CD
Under $10:try mabee a hat,or something small from hot topic,alot of their band merch is cheap,i got my brother a belt buckle their for $8,so try that if she wears belts,or try to get a $10 FYE gift card

hit the goodwill store for some black sweaters or hoodies
pick up a black bag/backpack as well then
hit the dollar store for black nail polish and eyeliner
your looking at $10.00 and you have a functional, use full gift. Good luck shopping this weekend!

Some black eye shadow and lipstick, maybe some temporary hair color. All can be found at the dollar store.

Get her a gift card to Hot Topic. As mush as you can afford. That way she can use if towards anything she wants.

Go to the second hand store and get her afew black things.
Goth chics dig that stuff, Vintage.
Plus they even have GC's at some second hand stores.
