This is a very paranoid question, but I'll answer it anyway. Nope they're not, but I know that when I used live in these drug infested apartments that the police and or FBI were tapping everyones land phone lines. How do I know, because my calls use to intercept with the other apartment tenants that surrounded mines. I could hear everything they were saying. It was cool and funny. People talk about the strangest things.

Yep. There is a warrant for my arrest, because of an unpaid ticket about not having a light on my bicycle at night.
