Exercise, community, get enough sleep (if you need an alarm clock, you aren't getting to sleep early enough).
Otherwise, just learn to enjoy hating the world and everyone in it. They deserve it, you know. It's not just you.
Set up a schedule and stick to it for your chores and work that you need to get done. Learn a musical instrument and practice every day, relaxing and losing yourself in playing around.

It's hard to rearrange your mind to think good thoughts when there's a dark cloud around your head. One of the very best things you can do is go for walks or some other light exercise. The exercise releases endorphins (hormones) in your body that will affect you by raising your spirits. Even doing a five-minute walk will have an impact. Depression is not something that you can wrestle with by thinking, it is acting that helps the most. Some simple things that can help are simply the everyday things we overlook, like household chores, working on projects, - doing them is, well, exercise, and it is a sense of "normal" that will help to alter your spirit and make you feel more "normal." Do you ever wonder why guys tinker with cars - well, it makes them feel good. Chores, projects, and even hobbies. Something to get you out of your head and active in the world. Just being around people doesn't always help, because you are being your regular personality around them, and as soon as they are gone, you can become depressed again. It is doing something for you that helps most. Oh, and you don't need to go whole hog here. Just a little something. And one last thing. Sometimes we become depressed because things in our life aren't what we hoped and sometimes it comes from other reasons. Making your life the way it is as being okay can go a long way to helping.

I hope this helps you. Best of luck!

Honestly, if you do a lots of exercises, find a way to occupy your mind, this so called depression will be out of the picture. Take some dancing lesson, make yourself busy all the time and soon you will see the changes in your life. Do yoga, Pilate's or Tai chi,
this will relax your mind and clear your spirit as well.

Meditate upon beauty. Relish everything in this world that you find beautiful. Then surround yourself with beauty. Create living areas with beauty. Do not let a day go by without leaving something beautiful behind.

It is not that hard. Sit out doors in a quiet area for several minutes. Feel the sun in your face, see the trees sway in the breeze. Listen to the song of the birds. You will see beauty in every blade of grass. When you realize that everything is beautiful and you are a part of this beauty then you will know that you have succeeded in your quest.

To take your mind off the situation that is making you depressed, try and find a new hobby. If you make yourself busy and keep your mind on the go, chances are you will feel better and take your mind off the bad things. Depending on what your situation is, it may be hard to do this by yourself with no help. I recently went through a very hard time in my life, and i found myself becoming alot happier when i was around my friends and family alot. If its possible, try not to dwell on the subject, keep yourself busy, and put the bad things to rest.

Shout, shout and shout. then try to laugh, laugh and laugh, finaly you should yawn, yawn and yawn. if necessary cry cry and cry. (tested ... it works the order is not compulsory but all will relax your body) if you are christian pray pray and pray.

after this you will have the courage to face the depressing factor. discover what it is, with courage and honesty ! and act accordingly. if you look backward into your life and remember the victory's you had, the challenges you overcome ... etc ... can also be good.

these advices are serious. do them. or the depressed should do it.

i wish you all the best for this to you or the person concerned.

Get out of bed even if you don't want to and do something it doesn't matter what and even if your problems seem bad to you remember that you can deal with them without running away . Learn to love and respect yourself nothing is more depressing than looking at someone you hate in the mirror ! you can do this by respecting those around you as well as yourself .

Work, wholesome diet, and you might try and
direct your focus toward others.
By nature, we're at the center of our own
lives. This can be both good and bad.
It's a big world out there. Try and look at it
with a new perspective.
