Is there such thing as an iron on transfer for paper. Not fabric.

I have a paper (it's thick and bumpy. might give a nice effect) table cloth and I would like to put photos on it.

I thought maybe if I get tshirt transfer paper it could still work. Obviously I will not put the iron directly on the paper. But a tea towel inbetween. maybe it'll still work.

Thank a bunch.
