Some cheap magicians use trickery, but I have always used allusion, deception and slight of hand. No gimmicks, just hard work and lots of practice. I am more of a mentalist tho and have learned to remember things quickly and observe things others don't notice, but yes, some magicians do use trickery.

Magic is an illusion. People or things don't just magically disappear or reappear from thin air. A lot of trickery involved in magic.

Nope. They use something called sleight of hand. It is when they do something that you cant se right under your nose. No matter how hard you try and catch them with just your eyes you cant unless your a magician.

Yes, they do. Starting with the simplest magic trick, to make a coin "appear" from a child's ear, you simply pinch the coin between your fingers where it's hidden from view, and pretend to pull it from the child's ear. And it "magically" appears.
