healthy--fat's not good, but bigger than the girls on TV is fine, as long as they're healthy. thin's good too, as long as it's not overly skinny--like anorexic- or bulimic-looking. caring about your health is the most important thing, because weight depends on the person. generally, if they care they'll look fine whether they have a hard time losing weight or not. it's about confidence, too.
