I keep having to go to the network connections page, click on the dial up(then click on the dial) to get to the internet. Also opening page, instead of the Page not found being where you click yahoo, it's doing the Page not found to click to a porno site(have kids), want this off computer.

Create a shortcut for the dial up connection on your desktop. Right click on the dial up icon when you go to Network Connections, select Send To and click on Shortcut (for desktop). This would create an icon on the desktop, on which you can double click to link to the internet.
To make Yahoo your home page, Click on Internet Explorer icon---->Tools-->Internet Options, and in the very first option, type www.yahoo.com, click Use Default and then OK. (Just check what the current home page address is as recorded now in this window. This might indicate to you that someone has set that page (porn) deliberately as the home page at present.)
Download a good free anti virus and anti spyware program from the internet or buy and instal such a program in your computer. Scan your computer daily for virus and spyware everyday using these programs.

most likely you ad-ware or a virus if porno cmes up, which mean either u (or the kids) have been watching porn, lol. Anyways fix this by installing an anti-virus, AVG Free is good, and an anti adware, Lavasoft Ad-Aware is the best. as far as the internet connection, go to network conection, then right click on the dial up connection and click create shortcut or something like that (sorry im testing windows vista and its not the same.). Now when you want to connect just click on that icon

Are you making use of Internet Explorer? If so, check out proper clicking at the icon and after which Properties. Click on Programs and Make Default. Click Apply and OK and take a look at it. You too can pass to Start menu (both there or in Start menu --> All Programs/Programs. Go seem for "Program Access and Defaults" and decide upon your default internet browser in there. Good good fortune.
