Personally, I feel that she created a bad example and deserves consequences. If this behavior is forgivable in respect to letting her keep her title, then where do we draw the line next?

I think she should have been stripped of her title. Seeing her wailing like a mad lady didnt change my opinion either. Funny how upset she gets when she gets caught...I doubt she was crying when she was getting wasted.

Since she wasn't living up to her title she should have gotten the boot. Second chances are not in order when it's already been made very clear what's expected of you as crown-holder. They have so many rules (many of which I don't agree with) just to make sure the contestants who enter the pageant will have a squeakly-clean image to begin with. You don't maintain the image, you go buh-bye.

But like someone else said this was a good business decision.

I don't know, but I hope that she will live up to what the title represents. However I belive those cover shoots that were displayed on the news of her are part of her downfall. It is like exploitation, she had no idea what that was all about until it started. She has suddenly been thrown in to the limelight and all that comes with that without the understanding of the industry.

I hope she does a complete turn around and finally we get a great role model...

Every decision The Don makes is a business decision. He knew that by letting her keep her crown, it would create more interest and therefore more publicity. It wouldn't surprise me if he tried to make a reality TV show out of her rehab.

I'm a big believer in second chances, but in this case, she is a poor representative for the title she holds. Nothing she does will ever overcome that. She should've been asked to step down and when she was told she was given another shot, she should've had enough class to step down on her own.

There were only allegations of her drinking, not proof. He gave her the benefit of doubt as any court should do.

Yes, there is no problem with a second chance.
