a hot wash cloth as hot as u can stand it every 3 hrs. it will eventually open...

My grandmother broke an egg, then peeled the slimy membrane off the inside of the shell, and covered the boil with that 2-3 times a day for a week. The membrane, when it dries, draws the core out.

My mother used to make a bread poltuce and put them on any boild I got as a kid. Soak a slice of bread in milk and heat it up. After that let it cool a bit and place it on a clean cloth wrap this cloh around the site with boil, with bread poltuce against skin. Leave it on for 2 hours and remove, repeat until boil opens up.

I have heard if you slice a potato and put it on the boil it will draw out the poison.
