It is SCFM: Standard Cubic Feet per Minute)

It relates to the amount of air-flow the air compressor can produce per minute.

According to www.about-air-compressors.com:
"SCFM is the measurement of free air flow. You will find that as it relates to compressor manufacturers, SCFM is often the "yardstick" used to measure free air flow into the intake filter on an air compressor, not the flow of compressed air from the discharge of the compressor."
Yet, they continue, there is some confusion even amongst manufactures as to the exact usage of the term.

More practically, it gives you a number of the approximate air flow produced per minute, which you can then pair up with the tool you plan to use the compressor with. The tool often has a rated SCFM also. The tool will only work optimally if the sustained air pressure produced is at least as high a number as the tool.

An "SCFM" (standard cubic foot per minute) is a CFM produced with input air at 68 deg F, 36 percent RH, and 14.7 psia pressure (the mere letters "SCFM" refer to no official standard, and while various temperature and RH values are in use, these are the most commonly accepted values).
