I grew up on a farm, and we had two horses. Mine was named Bob. When I was around 11-12, I wanted to be a barrel racer. I used to practice in the garden during the months when it wasn't planted. One day the ground was a little wet, and I turned too quick, and me and Bob both went down. He landed on me, but immediatly jumped up and just looked at me like he was saying "What the heck just happened?" My dad and his friend were bailing hay in the next field and came running over, but luckely I was alright. However, I gave up my dreams of barrel racing that day. LOL

I have always had horses, and I have horses still (I own a horse farm.) I have done some hunter/jumper, competed locally in barrel racing, and pole bending, cutting, trained horses and done 50 mile endurance. You are more than welcome to ask me about funny stories that have happened over the years.

The ride was quite bumpy. It seemed as if I couldn't get the rhythm of the horses trots; my butt would go up when it should of gone down. I had a hard time sitting and my bruises lasted for days was bruised for days.

Is this an essay for a homework assignment?
To sum it up, if you are afraid to fall, don't get up there, but if you do get up and you do fall, most times you don't get hurt much.
