when your on your period your body goes through a cycle and it's natural for some parts of your body to hurt. Sometimes my back hurts too.

It shouldn't. See a chiropractor (back doctor). You probably have some minor pain all of the time that gets elevated when you are on your period.

omg it feels like i pulled a muscle or bruised it
just put a heating pad under it for the night and take an asprin or ibeprofen or some thing
it will fell somewhat better

I have no idea!
and it's not only the back!
...some people don't feel anything.
But me for example, I can't get out of the bed in the morning of my second day
seriously!
today I woke up at 8h15 and I stayed in bed untill 9h00
and it took me forever to dress up

cramps. cervix opens and clenches like a fist, as though it were pushing and squeezing a baby out. not everybody has back cramps, and some people have back labor. try a heat wrap.

Water weight. I have two bulging disks in my lower back and when the water pushes on my disks it is torture.
