If you think about it...it's like the only color that is like that. (Blueberries are more purple in color really.)

Actually blue has it pretty good...other than salad...nothing GREEN looks good either...don't ya love those faded billboards with faded hamburgers and fries that are now green...yuck..... As for blue itself I will always take a great blueberry blowpop anytime...best flavor they make. Makes your mouth look funny though.

I think it is just the not so popular flavors that are associated with blue.I on the other hand I am an odd ball, so things like blueberry flavored anything sounds good.
Blue colored food...never really bothered me.
Also, as its already been said, not many things that are blue are related to food.Blue is a calm relaxing color,the color of the sky, flowers are often blue,beautiful cars and football teams are adorned in blue.lol I cant imagine wanting to eat any of those things.

It's depressing, hence the name... Am I blue... makes you wonder. The sky is blue by giving us oxygen to breathe. Blue is the fifth octave of the rainbow and chakra system, an experience of the world symbolically through vibration, such as the vibration of sound representing language. However, not everyone or thing is attune to it, kind of like an oxymoron if you care to indulge my questioning manner, which I think explains why blueberries aren't blue. Blueberries are actually darker and sometimes black, when I had them growing, I couldn't keep up with the damage- very hard to maintain, albeit delicious!

I like blueberry muffins and blueberry bagels. The only blue in food I can think of is popsicles!!
