I think Kanye is paranoid. Does the mayor of New Orleans care about the people he let drown? Or the governor of Louisiana for that matter. To blame Bush for Katrina was very lame. Local govt. has no responsibility? I understand that alot of people do not like President Bush but blaming him for Katrina was downright retarded.

This has been like "black those with undesirable manners" week between Serena and Kanye.
