How do you find a good doctor or dentist?

I need to find one from my plan but I dont know who's good.. any sites or anything?

Best way is to ask friends or co-workers . . . someone who had been to them. Web site can claim anything .
OR just start with one from the plan listing and if you don't like them you are free to keep shifting until you find one that works for you.

I suggest "yellow book" it is all that you need for your quest.
