Yeah... I read an article about that in Frog Illustrated. They said that the best place for lingerie is at Slugtoria's Secret, down at Main and 5th, Flugville Arizona. They're having a sale on slime thickener and condoms... but you won't need that.

I don't think you'll have luck with the breeding program but you could probably make a million bucks marketing one as a cartoon character:
Fred the Flug!
Half frog, half slug!
Time for hopping!

Thing is going to be fluggly, that's for sure!
Have the frog look at pictures of hot princesses that are into amphibious actions. This should get the frog jumpstarted.
As for the slug, nothing says sexy like "Victoria's See-wet"
