Any suggestions on middle names for these first names?

My Best Friend is pregnant with her first child, and she needs help on First and Middle names. What do you think of these first names? Any suggestions for middle names to go along with them? Maybe some new names altogether? Please help! She dosent know if it's a boy or a girl yet, so we're taking for both genders. Thanks!

Girls:

Lillian (My Favorite!),
Deliss (Her Favorite!),
Taya,
Kaileigh,
Tessah,
Ember or Amber,
Rowan, or
Natasha (Her Boyfriend's favorite)?

Boys:

Kayleb (Her Favorite),
Jasper (My Favorite),
Curtis (Boyfriend's and one I like),

By the way, for Deliss, you pronounce it like De-leese. It's a combination of their names, Debra and Reese, but with some alternations.

I love: Lillian, Caleb, Aidan, and Lucas.

I like: Rowan, Kyleigh, and Tessa.

I don't care for: Ember or Amer, Natasha, Jasper, or Curtis.

The unusual spellings take away a lot for me. They make the names look very harsh. I also had a hard time reading that the name was Kylee not Kaylee. I have no idea how to pronounce Deliss...if it sounds like Meliss from Melissa or more like Elise.

I am not sure on Taya...
