Argentina can get really hot during Christmas time, it's summer time. Obviously the lower part of the country never gets hot, it's close to Antarctica. Mendoza is really nice and the other side, near the beaches, can be cooler. They usually spend a lot of money on Fireworks and wine, it's like our 4th of July. It's a blast!

Yes, by all means, in Argentina the summer begins the 21 of December and now it is hot, plus, right now I am with a ventilator to my side.

We celebrated Christmas in family, is very common to celebrate outdoors, we eat much cold food or to room temperature, perhaps some azado (azado is like a bbq in the argentine way, a lot of meat).

It feels very well at this time of the year… The scent to jasmine and other flowers, the trees full of green leaves, is very pretty.

I love it... Well, christmas saddens me a little, but its ok.

Good luck!
