How Do You Send Pictures From Your Computer To Your Phone?

I have a verizon wireless cell phone and I really want to send this picture to it.How do I?Plz help me!

Have you tried e-mailing the picture to your phone. If you don't know your phone's e-mail address, try sending a picture to your inbox from your phone then hit reply. I'm not sure how it works with Verizon but with U.S Cellular, you can get free incoming messages.
