Leave it in.........but if it comes out make sure you get it back in within 3 hours.

When I had to nuva ring I use to take it out because I could actually feel it in my vagina during sex; eventually after I got use to the Nuva Ring I left it in. When you take it out it is important to put it back in within three hours if you do not it can decrease the effectiveness of the birth control and you should use a backup method of birth control for I forgot how long, I think it was a week. Per the manufacturer's instructions you should leave it in. It is not supposed to interfere with sexual sensations, although I wouldnt be surprised if it took someone a while to get used to it. Try keeping it in and see how it goes......
