like when u r waiting for stuff to load and u wiggle the mouse around, does that help it load faster or no?

Nope, and indirectly, it will slow your computer down. Probably not noticeable to you and I, but in terms of a processor, you are wasting clock cycles. Every time you move your mouse, you cause an interrupt - a signal to the processor that says, 'hey, somethings changed - come pay attention to me!' So your processor checks the mouse, realizes it has moved, then updates its new position in memory, as well as signals the graphics software to update your screen to reflect the new mouse position.

No. it just makes it seem faster because you are moving the mouse and not paying attention to the time it takes to download something.

No, it does not, the only thing that it could do is make it load slower, because it is reading different positions for the mouse. Note by slower, I mean by a millisecond.

yes, if you have an optical mouse its even faster if you have the red light moving around on the screen!

Yes, but if you chant ... 'Come on, Great Ooga Mooga, can't cha hear me talkin' to ya' ... three times, like you really mean it, it's not necessary to wave the mouse around!
