I have to buy a ruler, should I get the 6 Inch or the 12 inch?

Hmm, 6 inches should be sufficient for any situation. But if you want, get the 12, but it might be hard to pack in some places.

Wow that question could have gone ALL WRONG! But, retrieving my mind from the gutter: I usually get the 6 inch sub, cuz nobody really needs to eat THAT much. My husband can't help himself and usually gets a larger sub, but now that he's loosing weight, I don't care what he eats or how much as long as it's somewhat healthy

lol Depends on what you intend to measure, I guess, but I'd have to say, 6 inches isn't that long, so if in doubt, always go for the 12inch. You never know when it might come in handy.

Size does matter bigger is better go for the 12 you never know when you might get an itch you need to scratch

Go for 12. It's better to have more and not need it than to wish you had more. 6" may not cut it.
