Anyone teach elementary-preferrable in Dallas?

I am thinking of pursuing the atc for general elementary or esl. How hard is it to work with k-4th graders?

I am not from Dallas but Indiana and I teach esl k-5. I work the students who are new to the country of have scored extremely low on the LAs test I am really enjoy it!! It is very fulfilling!!
