It takes a long long time.

But you will never get there in the Shuttle. The shuttle only goes between Earth and the Space Station and back, not to distant planets.

A small satellite might take 10 - 20 years to get there.
A big space ship couldn't make the trip right now due to lack of sufficient expendables for 20 years one way/20 years return. the thing would look like an aircraft carrier to haul that much stuff.

it takes 248 yrs for pluto to orbit the sun!

it also has an eliptical orbit so if its close to the sun it will take approx 10- 25 yrs with out gravity etc to help it would take 45yrs! when its furthest away it could take much longer!!!

no one knows exactly how long it will take as a craft has never gotten close enough not even to take a good picture!

it takes light four hours to travel from pluto to earth.

10 to 20. That's a huge gap. It depends on the speed at which you are traveling. In and of itself, the question as stated makes no sense.

It depends on the speed you are traveling at. If you are traveling at the spped of light it takes ~ 5 minutes. Walking it would take much longer.

If you go by bus it'll take that long. But when I go there I take a non stop train so the trip is much shorter.
