DONT do it. It is a scam. The checks they send you are bunk and you will bounce it when you turn it in your bank. Then after you send them the money you'll be the one oweing the bank the money back.

I would question whether or not the "company" is legitimate. Don't send them any money. Chances are, any "payments" you receive, the checks will bounce and by the time you discover that the checks bounced, you will have already sent them their 90% and you will be out that money as you'll never find them again to make good on the original check.

Don't fall for it.
Theyu recieve some fraudulent payment, you keep 10% and send on the rest, and you are left accountable when the check you deposited comes back as fraudulent that they asked you to deposit.
Stay as far away as you can.
And report them to the authorities if you can.
If you are in the US, report them to your local US Attorney's office.
You can go to Scam Victims United website to learn about the latest in scams.

That's a scam. They will send you fake cashier's checks. You go to deposit it in your bank, it clears and then you send them the money. A few days or a few weeks later, the bank finds out that the cashiers check is counterfeit, and then they take the money out of your account. By this time, you have already paid them the 90% and you are now out of this money.

This my friend, is the biggest, and longest running SCAM on the Internet.
NO, it's not legal. And, YES you should have your head examined if you think it is!
In fact, if you were really smart, you'd send these emails with full headers to: http://www.FTC.gov. Also, go to the FBI site and get the addy for their Internet Fraud division.
