A voice will definitely get my attention...but more often than not for me its a glance followed by an acknowledgment of familiarity....recognition allows induces a smile !

For me it's voice. If we're watching a TV show, I will recognize a voice and sometimes will have to close my eyes to come up with the name. I guess you can disguise people with make-up, but can't really change their voices.

Voices or the way someone walks usually does it for me. My eyesight is failing more and more every year.
