I love watching it. Cesar Millan is very charismatic, and I love the way he says, "Rules, boundaries, and limitations." His interactions with the dogs are at times truly incredible, but I don't think most people should try it (maybe even with their own dogs). He exudes such confidence and self-assurance, a feat most people would have trouble with. And if you haven't seen the South Park episode where the Dog Whisperer works with Cartman--you don't know what you're missing. P.S. Cesar wouldn't say he TRAINS dogs: "I rehabilitate dogs. I train people."

P.S. To those interested in his book--it's a nice read, but it doesn't really tell you how to "rehabilitate" your dog yourself.

I watched once and I agree he does a good job - and I agree with all of the other favorable comments thus far. He really cares - he may go on to do as Monty Roberts (the Horse Whisperer) does and apply his techniques to people - particularly those who have been abused.

Cesar has a quantity of proceedings pending, so the disclaimer is for legal responsibility problems. Remember that is TV. It demands to be wonderful. Cesar takes a puppy that has critical and lengthy status issues and 'treatments' in in 10 mins. That's now not truly existence. And it isn't what's relatively taking place. Watch the exhibit for the leisure importance, but when you wish to have your puppy informed or have problems that must be resolved, uncover a truly puppy instructor, now not only one who performs one on TV.

I've seen him in action. at first I was a little doubtful. But , after seeing him in action and the results he was able to produce. I think he's terrific. And I would definitely buy one of his books....to see if I could teach an old dog any new tricks!
