We did sponge painting with some of the residents at the nursing home I use to work for. Small sponges, lots of colors, and post board! It's a little messy but they enjoyed it and it doesn't have to be perfect to look nice.

Here's something I'll bet she thought she could NEVER do. Bird-watching. Normally, shaking hands cannot hold the field glasses. But now there are binoculars that have stabliization. Your client might really enjoy doing something that she never thought she could do before.

My hands shake real bad, caffeine and asthma medication did that to me, but I draw alot. Some people don't like to just pick up a hobby like that though, so why not embroidery, or latch-hooks?

Due to nerve damage my husbands right hand shakes alot, so he got into computer simulators, trains and airplane simulators, and he absolutely loves it. He bought a joy stick, and now he spends his time downloading free ones online. We bought ours at Walmart. I don't know if there are simulators there that she would like but its worth a look.
