The reason he give:-
1) He need somebody which trust to handle his account
2) Due to my recent work is not happy
But i scare hv conflict with him coz he is hot-temper man

From my point of view, working in his company is likely a bad idea.
When there are problems on the job, will they cause hard feelings in your personal life?
How many hours should you work and how much pay should you receive?
Even if at first you don't get tired of too much time together, how about 6 - 12 months later?
All my experience suggests that spouces and relatives are better off not working for each other.

DO NOT WORK WITH HIM you need your sapce as well as does he your time to go to work is your time to escape do not share that time with anyone else. with a hot temper do not put any more stress or your relationship than you absolutely have to. good luck

I think it is a very good idea and at least you can set the rules and will know where he is
